Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the PM Laptop Scheme 2025, students must:
✔ Be enrolled in PhD, MS/MPhil, BS (4-5 years), or MBA (1.5/2.5/3.5 years) programs
✔ Belong to an HEC-recognized public sector university (see list below)
✔ Not be a pass-out student (must be currently enrolled)
✔ Not have received a laptop in previous phases
❌ Who is NOT Eligible?
✖ Students from private universities or affiliated colleges
✖ Those who have already received a laptop in earlier phases
✖ Foreign nationals studying in Pakistan
