Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria

✅ Must be the head of the family (as per NADRA records)
✅ Must be a permanent resident of Punjab (verified by CNIC)
✅ Must own a 5 Marla plot (urban areas) or up to 10 Marla (rural areas)
✅ No criminal record (anti-state, anti-social, or serious crimes)
✅ Not a loan defaulter in any bank or financial institution
✅ Must be registered with NSER (National Socio-Economic Registry) with a PMT score of 60 or below

How the Program Works: Three Execution Models

  1. Equity-Based Land Sharing – Government provides land in big cities in exchange for construction costs.

  2. Subsidy for Private Housing Schemes – Financial support for beneficiaries buying homes in private projects.

  3. Interest-Free Loans – For plot owners (5 Marla urban / 10 Marla rural) to build their houses.
